Q&A WITH ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER KYLE HORTON
How would you describe the restaurant’s atmosphere?
Family friendly. Welcoming. Convenient. Conversation friendly. It’s a good place to have a quick lunch. It’s also a good place to read a book, hang out. It’s open.
What is your food philosophy?
Simple. Fresh. Tasty. Nothing’s frozen here. Everything’s made from scratch. There’s no oil here. There’s no fryer. You’re not going to have the warmers in the window where food’s been sitting there waiting to be sold. It’s all cooked to order.
What type of cuisine do you specialize in?
Mediterranean. We’ve got hummus, kabobs, hot and cold sandwiches and a variety of fresh sides.
What is your signature dish?
It has to be the kabobs. We have beef, chicken, salmon and shrimp.
What would you recommend for a first timer?
The kabobs. It’s simple. It’s got your variety. And it kind of helps with everybody. It can be made gluten free. We have vegetarian options. You get two sides with it that you can switch around, so it’s kind of interchangeable.
