Correction for Madeira stories

In the Oct. 6 and Oct. 7 articles about the Madeira development in St. Augustine, the role of elacora was incorrect. The company is a home builder in the Madeira development, which is owned by Ponce Associates LLC. It is the owner that was seeking an extension of its development plan in front of the city Planning and Zoning Board. Also, elacora is a builder of homes in The Plantation at Ponte Vedra Beach — buying 7 acres to build 24 homes there — but not the master developer of the community.
