The procession starts at 10:45 a.m. from St. Paul AME Church, 85 Martin Luther King Jr. Ave., and continues along a route that includes Bridge Street, Cordova Street, King Street, Charlotte Street, Cathedral Place, Valencia Street, Sevilla Street, Cerro Street and concluding at Eddie Vickers Park at approximately noon. Coast Guard to offer vessel safety inspections

The United States Coast Guard Auxiliary will conduct vessel safety inspections at the St. Augustine Municipal Marina, 111 Avenida Menendez, on Saturday as a kickoff for National Safe Boating Week. The inspections will be held from 9 a.m. until noon. While the inspections are voluntary, many find it very helpful to have a set of trained eyes look over their vessel and make suggestions that will make it a safer water craft.

For more information on the inspections, contact the St. Augustine Municipal Marina at 825-1026 or hail the marina office on VHF CH 16 or CH 71. Follow all the information from the marina at www.Facebook.com/CityStAugMarina.
