Former President Jimmy Carter ‘okay’ after experiencing dehydration

Former President Jimmy Carter became dehydrated while working at a Habitat for Humanity site in Winnipeg on Thursday.

WXIA in Atlanta reports that he was heard saying “I’m tired,” but continued working.

Habitat for Humanity in Winnipeg confirmed the incident and said, “he’s going to be OK.” Carter was headed to Winnipeg’s St. Boniface Hospital to be checked over.
